A cozy stay in the heart
The location was ideal, making it easy to explore Florence. We enjoyed a spacious room with a charming balcony, perfect for savoring our morning coffee. The staff was attentive and friendly, eager to ensure we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay.
We faced some inconveniences. The check-in time was later than expected, and the cleanliness left something to be desired. We found ourselves without basic toiletries like soap, which was frustrating.

The location was perfect, right at the heart of the city and a stone's throw away from all the historical sites. Our room was spacious and had a nice little area with rocking chairs that made our downtime really comfy. The air conditioning worked flawlessly, which was a massive plus during the warm days.
The stairs leading up to the room might be a workout, especially with heavy luggage.

The Deluxe Double Room was spacious and had excellent air conditioning, which was a lifesaver in the heat. Super cozy little area with rocking chairs was unexpected and really nice. A bit of a trek with the stairs, but the modern feel of the room made it worth it.

Avoid At All Costs!
Our stay felt more like being in a dilapidated hospital than a hotel. The room had old furniture and dirty, stained towels. We couldn't endure another night in such discomfort, despite having booked three nights. Save your money and look elsewhere.
