Too much noise at night!!! Lacked sufficient toiletries for the shower!!! Corridor smells unpleasant!!! Outdated key instructions need to be updated immediately!!!

The location was convenient, just a short walk from the dome, making it easy to explore the heart of Florence.

The room was quite noisy due to its placement on a busy street, difficult to enjoy a good night's sleep with the window open.

Got brand-new and beautifully decorated double room with balcony when arrived, liked that. It was placed short walk from an underground station...

All in all, it was enjoyable base for travelling to Florence. The double room was brand-new and large. Everyone was very amiable and amicable. The location was unbeatable, just off Florence cathedral, supermarket and good eateries as well as very green inner garden and easily accessible. Plus it was 5 mins drive from Fortezza da Basso - Gardens.

To beat the heat, request a fan upon arrival. It made our nights much more comfortable.

The location was perfect, right at the heart of the city and a stone's throw away from all the historical sites. Our room was spacious and had a nice little area with rocking chairs, made our downtime really comfy. The air conditioning worked flawlessly, a massive plus during the warm days.

Avoid At All Costs!

Our stay felt more like being in a dilapidated hospital than a hotel. The room had old furniture and dirty, stained towels. We couldn't endure another night in such discomfort, despite having booked three nights. Save your money and look elsewhere.

We got great value for our money and the room was huge and modern.

The breakfast could have been better with a wider selection and more variety.
